Mirari holds your knowledge, not your client records
Mirari is built for what you know, not for who you treat. There are no charts, no billing, no intake forms — and by design, no place where a client’s identity belongs.
That distinction matters legally. Under HHS guidance, a vendor that has no access to protected health information is not a business associate, so there is no BAA to negotiate before you can start.
Your data lives on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Export as spreadsheet or PDF is free in every tier, including after you cancel. If you leave, you take everything with you.

Honest answer: it depends on this list. The product exists and works today in German. Translating the interface is a few days’ work; building the starter content for a different clinical context is not. If enough people want it, it moves to the top of the list.
